  1. Mix all the ingredients together and let marinade in the fridge for at least 12 hours. Use enough liquid to completely cover the beef. Use more wine than vinegar.
  2. Score the top of the meat. Grill on medium heat for about 5 minutes each side until the center is 150°F for medium rare.
